You don't have to give your name but it will be helpful if you do as we would like to follow up on some of the responses we receive and to publish them in an oral history of probation.

How long it will take you to submit your history will depend on how much you have to say! There are six sections but no more than four questions in each section.

You do not have to complete all six sections in one go! You can come back and finish it off at a future date. All we ask is that you fill in this short form on the right of the page to create an account to allow you to return at a future date.
