Submission information & deadlines

Proposals must be submitted by 31st May 2007 on the electronic proposal form.

Notification of acceptance will be 30th June 2007. If earlier notification is required, please state and the committee will try to accommodate this.

Presenters are encouraged to register early to ensure their participation in the event. Failure to register after the proposal has been accepted will result in removal from the programme.

Proposals should be submitted in English, the language of the conference, and clearly indicate the conference theme being addressed.
